Yêu cầu:
- Nói tiếng Anh chuẩn;
- Có đam mê với tiếng Anh và việc giảng dạy;
- Yêu thích môi trường giáo dục, mong muốn phát triển và truyền động lực học cho học viên;
- Có thể là sinh viên năm cuối các trường ngoại ngữ, du học sinh, giảng viên đã có kinh nghiệm ;
- Ưu tiên các ứng viên có bằng Ielts/ Hoặc Học Sư phạm Anh.
Mô tả công việc:
- Cùng GV nước ngoài chuẩn bị bài học và dụng cụ học tập, giảng dạy Cho lớp 30 phút trước khi lớp học bắt đầu. 
-Phối hợp, hỗ trợ GV nước ngoài giữ trật tự, ổn định lớp, khuyến khích các bé tham gia hoạt động trong lớp. 
- Theo sát tình hình học tập của học sinh, hỗ trợ phần bài tập ở lớp và về nhà. 
- Trao đổi với phụ huynh tình hình học tập của học sinh. 
- Tham gia các sự kiện trung tâm tổ chức.
- Được tham gia vào các Dự án đào tạo, cùng đội ngũ đưa ra ý tưởng và xây dựng chương trình đào tạo mới
- Tham gia các chương trình ngoại khóa của Trung tâm
