In my opinion, students should be required to participate in physical activities at school. Physical education is essential for several reasons. Secondly, physical activities enhance cognitive function and concentration, which can positively impact academic performance. Regular exercise reduces stress and improves mental health, which is particularly important given the rising rates of stress and anxiety among students.

Additionally, physical activities teach teamwork, discipline, and time management, valuable life skills that go beyond the classroom. I think it’s necessary for students to attend physical activities at school.

I often use phone calls to solve work problems, such as talking to seniors and even discussing business with partners and customers. I find it’s easy for us to understand each other’s wishes through phone calls. So I think voice calls will be better for me.

However, I think working late at night can be not good. I think It is important to sleep well and rest for our health. When we work late at night, we might not get enough sleep, and that can make us tired and sick. Also, we might miss spending time with our family and friends. It is better to have a good balance between work and free time. We can work during the day and have time to relax in the evening. This way, we can stay healthy and be happy. So, I believe working late at night should be avoided when possible.
