Learning Express - One of the practical community programs to develop education and promote integration initiated by Singapore Polytechnic since 2011. Realizing that there are many opportunities for technology sharing, practical experience, improving to raise the sense of community and strengthen cultural exchanges and connect friends in the ASEAN region at the Learning Express program, many prestigious training institutions in the region have responded, including the active participation of SMi.

Learning Express is organized annually and in a period of 2 weeks, students will have many interesting and meaningful experiences. 2017 was the 6th season of the Learning Express program, students from both schools went to the Weaving Village, Broom Village and Chieu Village, Phuoc Kieu bronze casting village, Dien Phuong rice paper village and Dong Binh mat weaving village in Quang Nam to visit and learn about the development process as well as the production of products of craft villages. Besides, through the Design Thinking method with teamwork skills, critical thinking, logical thinking, interviewing and user analysis, etc., it helped students come up with new ideas to support local people to develop appropriate production and protect the environment. In addition, students of the university can also visit many famous tourist attractions of the city. Da Nang to learn about cultural traditions, people, local scenic spots such as: Pham Van Dong beach, Linh Ung pagoda, Hoi An ancient town...

Learning Express has helped students to exchange, learn, share knowledge, contribute to a prosperous ASEAN as well as contribute to promoting a more developed world in the future. The programs that the school has implemented over the years have been helping students access new forms and methods of learning, helping to improve students' understanding and confidence in the domestic and international labor market.
